The Board of Education of Hamilton County School District No. 10 met in a special session on the evening of April 5, 2006, at 5:00 p.m., in the Unit Office. The purpose of Approval of Emergency Health/Life Safety Amendments to repair roofs damaged by the recent storm.

The meeting was called to order by Board President John Ewald and Roll Call was as follows: Present – Danny Anselment, Krystal Donelson, Tom Maulding, Rodney Rubenacker and John Ewald. Absent- Steve Becker and Randy Kirsch.

Motion by Rubenacker, second by Maulding to approve the Health/ Life Safety Emergency Resolution to make roof repairs to the Athletic Fieldhouse. Roll Call Vote – Voting Yes- Rubenacker, Maulding, Anselment, Donelson and Ewald. Motion carried.

Motion by Donelson, second by Anselment to approve the Health/Life Safety Emergency Resolution to make roof repairs to the west Pre-School building. Roll Call Vote – Voting Yes – Donelson, Anselment, Maulding, Rubenacker and Ewald. Motion carried.

Motion by Rubenacker, second by Donelson to adjourn. Roll Call Vote – Voting Yes – Rubenacker, Donelson, Anselment, Maulding and Ewald motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
